·　　366 · ( ) ( ) 中华医学超声杂志 电子版 2010年 3月 第 7卷 第 3期 Ch in J M ed U ltrasound Electronic Edition ,M arch 2010, Vol 7, No. 3 · · 临床研究 中孕期胎儿系统超声检查切面及临床意义 李胜利 　文华轩 　　【摘要 】　目的　研究中孕期胎儿系统超声检查中的各种切面 ,探讨这些切 面的临床意义 。方法 　总结和归纳我院 2000 年 7 月至 2009 年 7 月 9 年间的胎 儿系统超声检查的经验 ,对比分析国外产科超声检查经验和规范 ,通过研究各种 畸形在不同切面上的表现 ,对中孕期产科超声检查过程中需要检查的切面进行详 细研究 ,规范胎儿系统超声检查的标准切面 。结果 　笔者研究了中孕期胎儿系统 超声检查的各个切面 ,发现 32 ～39个胎儿切面在胎儿超声检查中非常重要 ,绝大 部分胎儿结构畸形可通过这些切面筛查并诊断出来 ,从而提高胎儿畸形产前检出 率 。结论 　胎儿系统超声检查中 32 ～39个切面是中孕期系统超声检查中的重要 切面 ,这些切面的制定和规范 ,有利于提高胎儿畸形产前检出率 ,为产前超声诊断 规范化培训和质量控制奠定基础 。 【关键词 】　胎儿 ; 中孕期 ; 产前诊断 ;超声检查 ; 切面 Feta l ana tom ic ultra sound section s and the ir va lues in the secondtr i m ester of pregnancy　L I S heng li, WEN H ua x uan.
