云计算平台下计费机制研究 陈红 任怡 刘晓建 （国防科学技术大学计算机学院 长沙 410073 ） 摘 要 云计算目前已进入实践阶段，各种云计算服务和平台相继出现，其中最具代表性的云服务模式是 SaaS （Software as a Service，软件即服务）、PaaS （Platform as a Service ，平台即服务）和IaaS （Infrastructure as a Service ，基础架构即服务），并开始向公司和个人提供云服务，然而大部分的服务都还处在免费阶段。 云计算要实现商业化，云计费将是一个关键。本文在云环境下分析了云计费的重要性，回顾传统互联网模 式下的计费特点和机制，分析了当前云服务的计费现状和重要的平台计费机制，最后综合给出了云计算环 境下的服务分级计费机制。 关键词 云计算,云计费,云平台,服务模式,计费因子,服务分级 中图分类号 TP399 文献标识码 A Research of Billing Mechanism Based on Cloud Computing Platform Chen hong Ren Yi liu Xiaojian (Department of Computer Science ，National University of Defense Technology, Changsha 410073, China) Abstract Cloud computing has entered the practical stage , various cloud computing services and platforms have emerged, the most representative of the cloud services model is SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service) and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), and started to offer cloud services to companies and individuals, however, most of which services are still in the free stage. To achieve commercialization of cloud computing , the cloud billing will be a key for it. Based on the analysis of the importance of cloud billing under the cloud environment, the article reviews the charging characteristics and mechanism of traditional Internet model, and analyzes the current status of billing in cloud services and billing mechanism of important platforms, Finally the classification of services of cloud billing Mechanism is integrated given in cloud computing.
