32m3/h的溶剂萃取脱酚工段的初步设计 摘要 钢铁企业化工厂焦化废水中酚类化合物含量很高,它的大量排放给环境带来了严重污染,有害于人类健康及生物的生长繁殖,并且影响经济的可持续性发展。同时酚类物质在工业、农业、国防、医药卫生等方面又有着广泛的应用。因此,从废水中回收酚类化合物是变废为宝的环保项目。本设计采用溶剂萃取脱酚法,以5%N-503+95%煤油体系作为萃取剂,在脉冲萃取塔内进行连续逆流萃取,萃取酚后的溶剂油在碱洗塔内与碱液进行反萃取,油进入循环油槽重复利用,酚盐送去酚盐工段处理,从萃取塔出来的氨水送蒸氨工序进一步处理。这样不仅达到环保要求,还回收了宝贵资源。此法脱酚效率可达90%以上,是一种应用较广的脱酚方法。作者在设计中,主要探讨了生产工艺、主要设备的选择、车间布置原则和一些主要技术操作指标。完成了此工段的设计说明书、设计计算书、总平面图、流程图、断面图等相关任务。 关键字: 焦化废水; 脱酚萃取 a primary design of the solvent extraction dephenolizing worshop section of32m3/h Abstract Iron and steel enterprises in the chemical plant coking wastewater high content of phenolic compounds, a large number of its emissions to the environment brought about serious pollution, harmful to human health and the growth of the biological and economic impact on the sustainability of development.
