目 录 一、编制依据··································································································1 二、工程概况··································································································1 三、斜拉索挂索施工工艺 ············································································2 四、斜拉索PE 修补工艺.......................................9 五、斜拉索张拉施工工艺············································································10 六、质量保证措施························································································11 七、工期保证措施························································································13 八、安全保证措施························································································13 九、附件········································································································15 十、附图········································································································15 中铁大桥局天兴洲长江大桥工程指挥部 2#、3#墩斜拉索安装技术方案 斜拉索安装技术方案 一、编制依据 1、《武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥正桥——钢梁施工图》 (共三册); 2、《武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥正桥——斜拉桥斜拉索总装配图》 3、《铁路桥涵施工规范》 TB10203-2002; 4、《铁路桥涵工程施工质量验收标准》 TB10415-2003; 5、《客运专线铁路桥涵工程施工质量验收暂行标准》 铁建设[2005]160号; 6、《铁路工程施工安全技术规程》TB10401.1-2-2003 (上下册); 7、《建筑机械使用安全技术规程》JGJ33-2001; 二、工程概况 1、天兴洲大桥正桥为(98+196+504+196+98)米双塔三索面斜拉桥,上层为六车道 公路,下层为四线铁路。斜拉桥主梁为板桁结合钢桁梁,上弦中部756 米范围是正交异 性钢板桥面,两端各 168 米范围是混凝土结合板桥面。桥塔为倒“Y”型混凝土塔,塔顶 标高为+205m ,承台以上塔高188.5m 。 2、全桥共设16 对192 根斜拉索,采用三索面空间索布置,斜拉索采用PES7-241、 PES7-253 、PES7-283、 PES7-337、 PES7-379、PES-409、PES-421、PES-451 等八种规 格三十二种型号。整股钢丝用高强缠包带缠紧后外挤双层双螺旋线 HDPE 护套,钢丝的 抗拉标准强度Rby=1670MPa,最长索272.183m,最短索82.938m,单根索最大重量41.184t (钢丝重),两端均采用张拉冷铸锚具。张拉端设在塔内,同一号斜拉索要求上、中、 下游、主、边跨六根索同时对称张拉。 3、工艺适用范围 本工艺的适用范围为天兴洲大桥2#墩(汉口侧)、3#墩(武昌侧)斜拉索 (边跨边 桁S1~S16、边跨中桁MS1~MS16、中跨边桁C1~C16、中跨中桁MC1~MC16 号)的挂设 及张拉。 详见附图TQ-07-01:天兴洲大桥斜拉索布置图 中铁大桥(郑州)缆索有限公司
