That’s great to be here after three years, and last time I spoken at Stanford was in 2009. I really happy to see some of you again. You guys as young as three years ago, but that I’m older, I’ve got a lot more gray hair than before. Especially in the Internet age, three years is a long time, a lot has happed. In today, I suppose to talk about mobile. Let me tell you something that happed at the beginning of this year in our company, you know, every company does a annual plan budgeting for the yearly results and we do that too, and at the beginning of the year, I had a debate with our bitty of engineering our mobile KPI(KPI stands for key perform indicator).So, he insist our mobile revenue is growing two and more percent times or triple for the year, and I insist that’s not enough. The way we try to achieve this states that, you know, for search,the revenue is basically decided by the number of queries or page feel, and then the capability for you to monetize for each page of you query, So that’s called CPM, that I had a strong convection that the page filed grow like 150 percent, so in order to achieve the triple revenue that the CPM only need to grow all around 25 percent.But I said , 25 percent is not enough,when I had a disagreement with my team members, my team members will prevail, or I’d like them try their idea first, so I said OK, 25 percent for the whole year ,right, we were suppose to achieve a 25 percent growth in CPM for mobile search. Three months later, we have achieve the 25 percent growings,that I realized, OK, finally, the age of mobile Internet arrived. And it has come a long way,back in 2002 out think in China, people started to talk to me about mobile Internet about mobile search, they ask me,Robin,when I were going on to do a mobile search, or they said to me,”you have to do mobile search because China has x-hundred millions of mobile phone users,the X started from 3 hundred millions go to 4 hundred millions,5hundred millions,6 hundred millions
