英语夸奖和鼓励
对表现好的,要记得用Well done!(做得好!)、Excellent!(好极了!)Great!(很棒!)对表现一般的,也可用Good!(好!) 来鼓励。对表现欠佳的,切不可加以训斥或冷嘲热讽,可以说It doesn’t matter. (没关系)、Make it easy.(别紧张)、Try it again.(再试一次)等这类鼓励性的话。否则,可能会挫伤学生回答的积极性。初中英语每个单元的第一个模块是Comic strip。这里有Eddie和Hobo之间一段简洁而有趣的对话。我通常都会请学生上台表演这段对话,鼓励他们发挥想象力并加上自己的语言及动作。在学生上台前,可以用英语来进行鼓掌欢迎。如Let’s welcome.(让我们欢迎)。而结束后,又可以这样进行表扬:They did a very good job. (他们做得非常好)、Let’s clap. (让我们鼓掌吧)。
对困难学生要多采用表扬性的评价用语,如Much better than before. (比以前好得多)Try your best.(尽你最大努力吧)You will do it better next time. (下次你将做得更好)教师要寻找这一类学生的闪光点,及时肯定他们的点滴进步,从而调动他们学习的积极性和主动性,找回学习的自信心。对一般的学生要采用激励性评价用语,既揭示不足又肯定他们的成功之处并指明努力的方向。如I’m sure you can.(我相信你可以) You can do it better, come on! (你可以做得更好,加油吧)对优秀学生要采用竞争性评价用语,坚持高标准,严要求,促使他们更加严谨、谦虚,不断超越自己,如Do you want to be the best? Then don’t stop (你想成为最出色的吗?那么不要放弃)It’s also important to be creative. (有创造性也是非常重要的)You may work more carefully next time.(你下次可以更加细心点)
