Summary for the Work of Educational Administration Office in 2015 After a semester’s hard work, under the guidance of our school leader, our dean’s office has made a great achievement in many aspects of teaching affairs. We put the safety of moral education in the first place, and focus on teaching, with the goal of cultivating students’ overall development and a special skill at the same time. We also vigorously promote the school management and teachers team management, deepen the education reform, carry out the new curriculum reform and comprehensively promote quality education. Under the joint efforts of the entire school staff, the school education has reached a new level. The Summaries are as follows: First, focus on the class lectures and vigorously promote the new curriculum reform. 1. Strengthen the leadership. Our school has regarded the new curriculum reform work as an important agenda. We often listen to the class lectures on a regular basis, and organize teachers to solve the problems, in order to solve a lot of troubles for teachers in time. Then we constantly sum up our experience, and improve the teaching quality. 2. Strengthen the teaching research. By organizing teachers go out to take part in the teaching competition and study teaching in class, we always communicate and discuss the reform work in time, sum up experience, and exchange our opinions.
