Conference minutes Time: Feb.29th 2012 Place: Classroom 2A311 Attended by: Rose(荣瑶王益姝苏晓琴孙娟纪海兵 Context: During our first conference, we will talk about following questions: 1、What kind of company will we create ? 2、What is our company’s LOB（line of business）? 3、To determine the name of our company Rose(荣瑶)：’s so glad to see all of you here. Today, we are going to talk about four questions. To begin with, what kind of company will we create ? Sharon(王益姝)：Let’s do something about food processing Tina(苏晓琴)：I think we can establish an advertising agency. Bess(孙娟)：I would like to start a restaurant, and I like eating delicious food. Rose: In my opinion, we can start a company having something to do with our major. （纪海兵：I think so.’d like to set up a milk company since our Chinese citizens have no guarantee in our daily food recently especially milk. Ben: You mean our company will possess our own grass and we use our major knowledge to pure it and guarantee its quality? It’s exactly grand of us. Rose: Yeah, about the same. Bess: The LOB of our company will include food processing. Is that right? Tina: Yes. Sharon: Until now, we all agree with start a milk company. Rose: I also think so. If there is no objection, I will make a decision of the first two questions. Collectivity: OK. Rose: Next agenda is a name for our company. Sharon: Sunshine. Tina: We’d better to a name with green. Rose: The sunshine of summer? Ben: That’s it! We will start a milk company including milk processing and selling. Our company’s LOB is food industry. We have made a decision about the company’s name, Summer Sunshine.
