As the socialist market economic system reform, market competition will be more intense, small and medium-sized enterprises will face huge impact, how to do small and medium-sized enterprise financial management is critical. Through the sme finance management situation of investigation, analyzing the characteristics from elements-driven, combined with small business accounting system, analysis smes financial accounting and the problems existing in the management and proposes financial management concept, finance management, supervision mechanism and regulations of construction, to improve specific optimization strategy of financial management situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and lay the foundation for sustainable development on health.
