xx体育学院学生公寓14号楼施工组织设计摘 要xx体育学院学生公寓14号楼施工组织设计是本次毕业设计的课题。结合图纸和实际工程编制。施工组织设计是施工准备工作的重要组成部分，同时也是做好施工准备工作的依据和保证。通过编制施工组织设计，可以合理利用和安排为施工服务的各项临时设施，可以合理部署施工现场，确保文明施工、安全施工；可以将工程的设计与施工、技术与经济、施工的全局性规律和局部性规律、土建施工与设备安装、各部门之间、各专业之间有机结合，统一协调。本次施工组织设计内容主要包括几个部分分别为：编制依据、工程概况、主要的施工方案、工程量的计算、资源用量计划、施工平面布置图，其中主要施工方案包括：土方工程、基础施工、钢筋工程、模板工程、砌体工程，而工程量计算主要包括：基础工程、主体钢筋工程、主体结构混凝土工程、模板工程、砌筑工程。本次施工组织设计工程量全部手算，然后统计出每层各种材料的需求量，再通过计算得出所需的人数和时间，最后依据计算出来的数据利用梦龙软件编制施工进度计划网络图、横道图。施工平面布置图是先利用AutoCAD软件对进行绘制，然后再利用广联达三维施工设计软件对施工总平面布置图进行3d建模。关键词：组织设计 现场施工 工程量 施工管理AbstractThe Construction Organization Design Wuhan Institute of Physical Education Student Apartment Building 14.
