FRIENDS The most popular situation comedy FRIENDS * Friends was an Emmy award-winning American situation comedy about a group of six friends living in the New York City and it tells many interesting stories in their everyday life. It was created in 1994,and broadcast from 1994 to 2004,ten seasons in total.The show has been broadcast in over one hundred countries and still continues to circulate in many other countries and attract thousands of people. Friends was aimed at young adults who, during the early 1990s, were identified by their cafe culture, dating scene and modern independence. FRIENDS THE ACTORS Monica  A neat freak, Monica is fond of cleaning. She is picky. Monica Gellar was teased when she was in high school for being overweight… However,now a head-chef at a top restaurant,she has lost all her excessive weight,and just wants to start a family with the right guy to complete a happy life. Phoebe naive and innocent, childish. She is talented, kind hearted, promiscuous and nosy. Phoebe Brought up as a fatherless child,her dream is to become a star.The other 5 friends secretly believe that Phoebe will never make it,but still encourage her to write.Phoebe often performs at the Central Perk coffee house,and strongly believes in herself. Rachel she was spoiled, self-absorbed, popular, snobby ,image-conscious. Rachel is Monica Gellers best friend from high school. Rachel and Ross Geller are involved in an on again off again relationship throughout the series. At the end of season eight, Rachel and Ross have a child together. JOEY innocent, kind hearted , straight forward, stubborn sometimes. Joey being close to all the friends, he is especially open with Chandler. Joey is a small time actor, and Chandler has high hopes of Joey, so helps Joey with money for acting lessons and professional photographs. Despite being sensitive guy, who is very successful with women, but needs to become famous and rich to complete his successful life. Chandler Hum
