There is more than one trillion dollars global multinational M A transactions taking place every year. With the rise of the Chinese economy and enterprises gradually getting matured, more and more Chinese enterprises engaged in cross-border M A activities .Cross-border M A has become a hot spot phenomenon and got a lot of attention at home and abroad. Cross-border M A itself is a very complex business activities, including not only the scope of its market, brand, technology, finance, also with legal, financial, political, and cultural-related, which is a systems engineering should face all kinds of risks and conflicts. According to statistics, cross-border M A failure rate as high as 70%, is almost the highest risk business activities. Since 2001, China joined the World Trade Organization, Chinese enterprises cross-border mergers and acquisitions are rapidly expanding in number and size, also the area is to diversifying.
