摘 要
目前各大石油公司都将目标集中在将CO2补集到注入地层,既减少了CO2对环境的影响,又提高了原油采收率。本文主要是对某油田将CO2注入到油井之前天然气的净化与输送阶段的装置设备进行研究与评价。
该装置从投产至今运行良好。该装置分为三个区:集气区,脱水区与注入区,本文在第二章中分别介绍了这三个区的工艺流程。本文的重点是对稳定的工况下最佳处理规模下装置各项技术指标进行测试装置运行参数将装置各单元设备与实际测量值对比查找装置运行中暴露的问题,提出整改建议通过测试核算得出如下结论:装置各操作参数平稳作为整个核算基础的装置物料是平衡的设计结果和结果基本吻合。CO2 to injection stratum,which not only reduce impact to environment,but also raise oil collection ratio.Here mainly analysis and discuss the device that purify and transport natural gas before injecting CO2 to oil wells.
The device works well all the time.The device is divided into three zones:the zone for gathering gas,the zone for dehydrating and the zone for injecting.Here introduce the process how these three zones work.Here put emphasis on testing technique parameters of the device in the zones for dehydrating and injecting under the steady work condition and the best work scale;recording the running parameters of each device;comparing device’s simulation numerical values in each unit, equipment and technical process with actual measured numerical value;discuss if the device work in best condition depending on calculating the material’s balance and analyzing the factor impacting efficiency;and seek the disadvantages of the device on work and propose opinions.
