摘要 机床是机械制造业中的主要加工设备，它的质量、自动化程度以及应用先进技术的状况，直接反应了机械工业的发展水平，机床加工自动化对提高生产率、改进产品质量和减轻体力劳动都起着重要的作用。近几年，随着各类技术的不断发展，在机床控制系统中运用可编程序控制器（PLC）进行控制是工业发展的一大特点。用PLC模块、变频驱动技术、操控监控设备等组成电气数字控制系统，以实现编程输入、人机交互、自动化加工的控制方式，扩大加工能力，减少故障，提高效率，已成为企业进行机床控制的有效途径。在众多PLC中，S7-200系列在集散自动化系统中充分发挥其强大功能。使用范围可覆盖从替代继电器的简单控制到更复杂的自动化控制。应用领域极为广泛，覆盖所有与自动检测，自动化控制有关的工业及民用领域，包括各种机床、机械、电力设施、民用设施、环境保护设备等等。 关键词：四工位机床；PLC；梯形图；电气控制 Abstract Machine tool is the main processing equipment in the machinery manufacturing. Its quality, the degree of automation and advanced technology application status reflect the development level of mechanical industry directly. Machine tool processing automation plays an important role to increase productivity, improve product quality and reduce the manual labor. This method has become an effective way for enterprises to control machine tool. In numerous PLC, S7-200 series give full play to its powerful function in distribution automation system. Its range covers the replacement of simple control with relay to more complex automation control. The application field is extremely wide, covering all automatic detection, automatic control related to industrial and civil fields, including machine tools, machinery, electric power facilities, civilian facilities, environmental protection equipment and so on. This paper first discusses the modular machine tool, including its background, the present situation of research and development and the significance of the study, and then illustrates the advantages of using PLC control machine tool. Secondly, the PLC especially Siemens S7-200 series PLC are introduced in detail and studied, then I have a certain understanding on its working principle. Then, based on the four working positions modular machine tool research, S7-200 series PLC are used to control the four working positions modular machine tool, including electrical wiring diagram design, PLC ladder diagram program design, etc. Finally, the S7-200 simulation software is used to simulate
