精品论文 参考文献 危重症专职护理模式在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征护理中应用研究 (商丘市第一人民医院新生儿二NICU2 河南商丘 476100) [摘要] 目的:危重症专职护理模式在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2015年12月期间在我院接受治疗的呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿60例，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用危重症专职护理模式，分析两组患儿护理效果。结果:对照组患儿住院时间、住院费用以及机械通气治疗时间显著高于观察组，差异显著(P＜0.05)；对照组患儿并发症发生率、死亡率明显高于观察组，差异显著(P＜0.05)；对照组患儿家长护理满意度显著低于观察组，差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论:危重症专职护理模式在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征护理中具有显著效果，能够降低患儿住院费用，缩短机械通气治疗时间，减少并发生发生及死亡，提高患???家长护理满意度。 [关键词] 危重症专职护理模式；新生儿；呼吸窘迫综合征；护理效果 Study on the application of nursing care of critical care model in the nursing of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome Liu Ting (Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital Henan Shangqiu 476100 newborn two NICU2) [Abstract] Objective: the application effect of nursing care of critical patients in nursing care of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.
