精品论文 参考文献 后路椎弓根内固定系统对多节段胸腰椎骨折的临床研究 江祖洪 　　（宜宾市第二人民医院骨科 四川 宜宾 644000） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨后路椎弓根内固定系统对多节段胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2012年12月至2014年12月诊治的多节段胸腰椎骨折患者57例，均行后路椎弓根内固定系统治疗，比较患者治疗前后临床指标的改变情况，评定神经功能及疼痛，分析手术疗效及并发症。结果：患者治疗后Cobb角、椎管占位率、VAS评分较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05）。患者治疗后椎体前缘高度较治疗前显著增加（P＜0.05）。患者治疗后Frankel分级较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05）。治疗优良率为98.2%。并发症发生率为7.0%。结论：后路椎弓根内固定系统是治疗多节段胸腰椎骨折的有效方法，疗效显著，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】 后路椎弓根内固定系统；多节段胸腰椎骨折；疗效 　　【中图分类号】R683 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）21-0235-02 　　Clinical research of posterior pedicle screw fixation system in multiple segment thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fracture Jiang Zuhong. 　　Department of Orthopedics, Second Peoples Hospital, Yibin City, 644000 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate clinical effect of posterior pedicle screw fixation system in multiple segment thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fracture. Methods 57 patients with multiple segment thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fracture were selected in hospital from December 2012 to December 2014, who treated posterior pedicle screw fixation system. Changes of clinical indicators were compared before and after treatment. Neurological function and pain were evaluated. Surgical effect and complications were analyzed. Results Compared with before treatment, Cobb angle, spinal canal occupation rate, VAS score significantly decreased after treatment (Plt;0.05). Anterior height of vertebral body significantly increased after treatment (Plt;0.05). Frankel classification significantly improved after treatment (Plt;0.05). Excellent and good rate was 98.2%.
