精品论文 参考文献 呼吸内科护理中存在的风险及对策 张芹 张芹 　　武汉盘龙城经济开发区卫生院 湖北 武汉 430300 　　【摘要】目的 探讨呼吸内科护理中存在的风险及其护理对策。方法 对来我院接受诊断、治疗的80例呼吸内科患者入院资料进行分析，将患者根据随机数法分为两组。对照组患者入院后进行一般护理，实验组患者确诊后进行针对性护理，分析两组患者在日常护理中存在的风险并根据这种风险提出针对性的对策。结果 呼吸内科患者在日常护理时存在很多安全隐患，如：护士因素、管理因素等；调研中，实验组采取对策后护理总有效率95%高于对照组（85%）（Plt;0.05）。结论 护理风险是一个老生常谈的问题，呼吸内科护理中风险诱因也比较多，临床应该根据这些隐患采用措施，提高患者治愈率。 　　【关键词】呼吸内科护理：风险；护理对策 　　The risk and Countermeasure of respiratory nursing in Department of Internal Medicine 　　Zhang Qin 　　（Wuhan Panlong City Economic Development Zone Hospital of Hubei，Wuhan 430300） 　　[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the risk and nursing countermeasures of respiratory nursing in Department of internal medicine.Methods：our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 80 cases of respiratory department of internal medicine patients admitted to hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The patients according to the random number were divided into two groups.General nursing for the patients in the control group after admission，the patients in the experimental group after the diagnosis of nursing for analysis of risks existing in the daily care of the two groups of patients according to the risk and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.Results：Patients with respiratory department of internal medicine，there are many security risks，such as nurses in the daily nursing factors，management factors；countermeasure research，the experimental group adopted nursing after total efficiency is 95% higher than that of the control group（85%）（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：nursing risk is a problem of risk factors，a commonplace talk of an old scholar，respiratory nursing in Department of internal medicine is more also，adopt measures according to these risks should improve the cure rate of patients in clinical. 　　[keyword]：Respiratory Department of internal medicine nursing risk；nursing countermeasures 　　[中图分类号] R318.13 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1672-5018（2016）02-204-02 　　呼吸内科疾病在临床上发病率较高，属于比较常见的内科疾病，这种疾病和其他疾病不同，它的发病机制目前还不是很清楚。临床上，呼吸内科疾病类型较多，如：肺结核、哮喘、呼吸
