Human resources is the most competitive resources of enterprises. Chinas private enterprises as an important force for economic development and supplement, its development directly on Chinas economy has a significant impact, the private enterprises through the development of more than thirty years, in our country has made great achievements, the status of human resources of private enterprises in our country also has been the focus of attention.
