脚手架安全管理实践探讨.doc

摘 要 建筑安全事故频繁发生引起政府和建筑各界的高度重视。安全已经成为企业发展、企业生存的生命线，尤其是脚手架安全事故发生的频率高，已经是施工安全管理的重点部分。本文概述了国内外脚手架安全管理现状，分析了我国脚手架安全管理的差距。以安全管理理论疏理为基础。详细的分析了审判综合楼档案图书阅卷用房脚手架施工安全管理的实践过程。依据企业安全管理体系与安全管理规划、脚手架事故树分析、脚手架安全管理技术措施，以及其安全管理施工过程控制和效果。总结了其安全管理规范制度、规划管控、科学培训，严格检查制度等经验，在剖析其原因问题原因的基础上，提出了脚手架明确建议、提高素质、完善监督、全面整改等对策建议，希望对提高企业安全管理水平有所借鉴。 关键词：脚手架安全管理；技术措施；实践分析；改进对策 Discussion on Scaffold Safety Management Practice ABSTRACT Construction safety accidents occur frequently attracted great attention of government and building the from all walks of life.
