浅谈对小型构造物施工质量控制 摘 要 进入二十一世纪以来，我国公路桥梁工程的建设发展迅猛。公路网国道主干线的建设，建造了数量众多的涵洞、通道等小型构造物。目前小型构造物施工质量参差不齐，本文依照《公路桥涵施工技术规范》（JTG/T F50-2011）和相关规程的规定要求，对小型构造物的施工质量控制进行探究分析。 本文对小型构造物的工艺流程及质量控制措施进行梳理，列举了管涵、箱涵（通道）常见质量通病及应对措施；重点对目前混凝土保护层厚度常见质量问题提出了防治措施；同时在了解混凝土色差问题形成机理的基础上，分析其产生的原因，列举目前普遍采用的防治措施；从影响的内因和外因对、环境条件以及施工控制等诸多因素进行了分析并总结了相应的对策。The twenty-first century, China Road and Bridge construction is developing rapidly. This small-scale structures of the process and quality control measures to sort out, citing the pipe culvert, box culvert (channel) common quality defects and response measures; focus on the concrete cover thickness on the current issues of common quality control measures; the same time to understand the concrete color formation mechanism of the problem, based on the analysis of its causes, citing the current widely used prevention measures; color of the concrete from the effects of internal and external mold release agents, environmental conditions and construction control, and many other factors are analyzed, and summarizes the corresponding countermeasures. Finally, in the inquiry process, there are still some problems, hope that colleagues in an open mind to learn foreign advanced technology, based on the sum up their experiences and continue to forge ahead, and deepen the study.
