从经济法层面规范我国房地产中介市场 摘要 房地产中介是伴随着市场经济体系的建立而发展起来的一个重要行业，它是房地产业发展的必然产物，也是房地产市场走向成熟的重要标志。近年来，我国房地产中介服务业有了迅猛发展，截至2009年底，全国已建立26000多家房地产经纪中介公司，从业人员近65万人，渗透到房地产业的各个方面，大大活跃了市场，加速了流通。但是，由于现有的法律、法规尚不够完善，使得房地产中介行业成为产生社会矛盾和纠纷较多的领域。主要表现在：房地产中介市场准入的规则不健全、政府部门管理的不统一、房地产中介行政管理职责不明确、与行业自律管理发展方向的偏离、行业声誉差强人意等问题。 本文试图从经济法的层面来规范房地产中介市场，第一部分是绪论，第二部分对房地产中介业的概念进行界定，并简单介绍了房地产中介的特点、作用以及发展状况；第三部分指出房地产中介主要存在的问题；第四部分结合实际分析了加强我国房地产中介业的经济法规制；第五部分是对全文的总结。 关键词：房地产中介，经济法，立法 Abstract Real estate agency is accompanied by the establishment of market economies and developed an important industry, which is the inevitable result of real estate development real estate market is also an important symbol to mature.
