营口市农民创业贷款问题研究 摘要 增加农民收入是新农村建设的关键。目前农民增收主要依靠两个途径：一是从事种养殖业，但这方面增收潜力已经不大，还受到农业是弱质产业的影响；二是进城打工，由于打工工资不高，农民在城市生活成本不断提高，打工对农民增收的效果也逐渐减弱。今后增加农民收入，主要应该依靠“农民创业”这条新途径。而要创业，资金是瓶颈，虽然已有一些金融机构推出了农民创业贷款服务，但目前仍存在很多问题。本文拟对营口市农民创业贷款现状及存在问题进行分析，并提出相应措施，希望能对农民创业贷款的发展及增加农民收入、建设新农村有所帮助。 本文首先对农民创业贷款理论进行综述，接下来分析了营口市农民创业贷款的现状并对其进行前景分析，第三部分对营口市农民创业贷款问题进行分析，最后对如何解决营口市农民创业贷款问题提出了具体措施。 关键词：增加农民收入；农民创业贷款；营口市 Abstract Increase the income of farmers is the key to the construction of new countryside. This paper intends to Yingkou City Farmers business loan status and problems were analyzed, and corresponding measures, hoping to start lending to farmers and increase farmers income development, building a new countryside help.
