STRUCTURE结构 Structure结构 General 概述 The squirrel cage motors used in Konecranes cranes are completely enclose motors. Some motors contain one or two plugged drain holes. These holes are located at the lowest points of the frame. The stator frame and bearing shields are made of cast iron or aluminum alloy. The fan located outside of the N-bearing shield (Figure 1) is made of aluminum alloy or plastic. In larger motors, the fan is made of steel. To fix the axial position of the rotor, lock the bearings specified in the axial direction. In motors M08 - M24 lock the Dbearing. For these motors, the axial locking of the bearing is achieved by means of the grease valve disc. There is a thread in the Ngrease valve disc of motor M25.
