The project Goal : Build a global information system to manage the vegetable growing and vegetable buying in all the factories of the Bonduelle group. Missions : Build a system that allows the integration, the management and the exchange of information related to : -The management of the contractual relationship with the farmer -The geotra?ability of all the products -All the technical tools used by the crop departments (planning, harvesting, transportation…) The system Choice 14 solutions analysed 10 selected to answer the spécifications document 5 responses 3 in the short list 1 finaly choosen NEOTIC with their software EAC. Strategic vision of a traceability system The traceability is a pure need, with no direct R.O.I. The first step is to build a very efficient traceability system The second step is to use all the informations stocked to guarantee traceability to build a real strategic analysis system.
