精品论文 参考文献 妇女分泌物支原体培养和药敏实验中假阳性分析56例 吴焕云（内蒙古乌兰察布市化德县妇幼保健所 013350） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨阴道病患者解脲脲原体(Uu )、人型支原体(Mh) 的感染率和抗生素的敏感性。方法：选取我院2012年10月-2013年10月收治的94例患者的阴道分泌物进行支原体培养及药敏试验，结合培养物革兰染色、显微镜检查及固体培养基培养情况，鉴别由念珠菌及革兰阳性球菌生长引起的假阳性。结果：在阴道病患者标本中支原体阳性率为56例占（59.57%），其中解脲脲原体44株占阳性率的78.57%，人型支原体12株占阳性率的21.43%，其中解脲脲原体、人型支原体混合感染8株占14.29%。药敏结果显示，抗菌活性较好的抗生素是美满霉素、强力霉素，其次是交沙霉素、阿歧霉素。而耐药率最高的是罗红霉素、环脂红霉，其次是环丙沙星、红霉素。结论：对于解脲支原体和人型支原体感染临床大夫应当合理选择抗生素，其中强力霉素、美满霉素、交沙霉素耐药率低、敏感性高，可作为一线首选用药。 　　【关键词】阴道分泌物 感染 药敏试验 　　【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）46-0007-02 　　【abstract】Objective: Discuss the vagina disease of ureaplasma urea original body type (Uu) and mycoplasma infection and antibiotic sensitivity (Mh). Methods: Selected from October 2012 to October 2012 treated 94 cases of vaginal secretions of patients with mycoplasma culture and drug sensitive test, combined with the culture gram staining, the microscopic examination and solid medium culture, identification caused by candida and gram positive coccus growth of false positives. Results: Mycoplasma positive rate in vagina disease specimens of 56 cases (59.57%), including 44 strains of ureaplasma urea original body account for 78.57% of the positive rate, one type of 12 strains of mycoplasma accounted for 21.43% of the positive rate, and the urea urea solution of the original body, one type of mycoplasma 8 strains of mixed infection (14.29%). Good antibiotic susceptibility, according to the results of antibacterial activity is splendid, doxycycline, followed by josamycin, doxycycline, disambiguation. While the highest percentages of luo erythromycin, ring fat red mildew, followed by ciprofloxacin, erythromycin. Conclusion: For solutions of urea mycoplasma and mycoplasma infection clinical doctor should be reasonable choice of antibiotics, including happy toxin, josamycin, doxycycline, low resistance, high sensitivity, can be used as first-line choice for drug use. 　　【key words】Vaginal disch
