炉温PID监测系统的设计

摘 要 温度作为工业生产工艺中的一项重要参数,它的稳定不仅关系组件的特性,也影响着扩散炉本身的效能因此,设计出一种符合规律的、稳定的、高精度的温度监系统可以为产品的性能质量提供强有力的保证,同时还可节约能源,改善劳动条件。本文介绍了一种以AT89C51单片机为核心PID调节为控制依据的高温扩散炉炉温监测系统。以热电偶传感器对炉温实时测量,放大后A/D转换器进行转换,数字量经单片机的处理,通过PID控制算法实时更新输出控制参数,改变可控硅的通断时间来实现对炉温的控制。PID调节器模拟方案。 关键词:温度;单片PID;显示 Abstract Temprature is an important element in industrial production,whose precision and stability is not only relatated to the quality of the products yielded,but also influences the use of the proliferation of furnace and the utilization of the resources.As a result,to design a temperature monitoring system, which is scientific,steady and precise,can provide a powerful guarantee for the property quality of the products ,instantly save resourses and improve the efficiency and working conditions. In this paper, a kind of temperature monitor system of the heat diffusibility boiler will be introduced, which has a single chip microcomputer, called AT89C51, as its core, and the PID regulator, widely used in industry, as the basis of control. Carrying on a description to the hardware principle, electric circuit diagram,the software and the procedure frame diagram.The system spread a transducer by thermocouple to measure the temperature of the boiler, The analog signal of voltage is carried on a conversion through the A/D converter after enlarged, numeral quantity is processed through the single chip computer, through the PID control calculate way to renew the exportation control parameter,then by change the close or open time of the controllable silicon to carry out to control the boiler’s temperature.The system software is programmed by assemble language, it’s structure is vivid and clear, causes the instruction to carry out the speed to be quick, saves the storage space.In the meantime for advantageous to simulation,the paper also introduced a scheme with the hardwareses to simulate the PID regulate.
