齐 齐 哈 尔 大 学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 哈尔滨秋林集团股份有限公司 资产负债表质量分析 学 院　 经济与管理学院 专业班级　 学生姓名　 指导教师　 成　　绩　　 2016年6月13日 摘 要 资产负债表是反映公司在某一特定日期的财务状况的会计报表，可以提供某一日期的资产、负债的总额及结构，反映所有者拥有的权益。因为会计确认、计量的一些局限性，使得账簿和报表的数据并不能完全准确无误地反映公司真实的财务状况，通过对公司的资产负债表质量进行分析研究，以评价公司的经营状况，为使用者进行决策提供更为可靠的依据。本文以“秋林公司”的资产负债表为研究对象，从财务报表内外部使用者的角度，依据资产负债表主要项目质量分析的相关理论，对秋林公司提供的基本资料进行财务分析，力求探明公司的变现能力、偿债能力和资金周转能力。就秋林公司资产负债表中的现状和反映出的问题进行分析研究后，找到根本原因，分析其由来。然后在充分考虑与公司财务安全、保证公司资金必要流动性的前提下，寻找加强秋林公司财务管理的措施，提出对秋林公司财务管理的优化模式建议，供公司管理者和投资者进行参考。这对秋林公司加快资金周转，降低财务风险，提升本身的竞争实力，及确保其自身的长远发展具有非常重要的意义。 关键词：资产负债表；资产质量；资产结构 Abstract The balance sheet is reflect the financial condition of the company at a specific date of accounting statements, can provide a certain date total amount and structure of the assets, liabilities, reflect the owners rights and interests.
