秘书日常事务语言的艺术性 摘要：当今信息时代需要秘书人员具有新的口才观。这是市场经济竞争条件下，在社会交往中进行沟通的需要和传播的需要。秘书人员在提高自己的业务办事能力的同时要加强自己的语言修养，不断提高自己的说话水平，形成平实、简洁、灵活、文雅和婉曲的说话风格，采用各种方式、通过各方面的努力来提升说话的艺术水平。平实，就是指自然实在、不雕饰，讲究语言的准确清新、晓畅明白、通俗易懂；简洁，就是指秘书说话要言约意丰，包含的信息量大，语言简洁而又精当；灵活，一方面指秘书说话要看对象，说话要得体，另一方面，还指秘书人员说话时要注意语言环境，灵活应对不同的状况，充分发挥艺术性语言的魅力，使秘书工作得到更加顺利的展开，从而提高办事的效率。文雅和婉曲则是指秘书个人素质在语言上的体现，秘书要讲究用词的文雅和培养说话婉曲的艺术。 关键词：秘书；日常事务；语言；艺术性 Abstract：Now the information age requires the secretary to have the new eloquence view.
