给水厂毕业设计——给水排水工程.doc

中山市小榄镇水厂扩建工程 摘要 本设计主要是在小榄镇现有净水量21万吨/天的基础上进行水厂的扩建，以达到远期总净水量51万吨/天的供水要求。扩建工程分三期进行，每期工程设计水量均为10万吨/天。 针对小榄镇水厂的源水水质特点，结合现有水厂的运行方案及出水水质情况，对其扩建工程的净水工艺和排泥水处理方案进行了详细的技术和经济比较，最终确定其净水工艺为：常规处理+深度处理（栅条絮凝平流沉淀池+气水反冲洗滤池+重力式虹吸滤池型活性炭滤池）；排泥水处理方案为：沉淀池排泥水和滤池反冲洗水合并经调节池后，底泥送至浓缩池进行浓缩，浓缩污泥送入脱水机房进行压滤机脱水。 根据设计方案，对其各个处理构筑物进行了详细的设计计算，主要包括取水构筑物、净水处理构筑物和排泥水处理构筑物，并按照规范确定了水厂内的附属构（建）筑物的面积。在此基础上进行了水厂的总平面布置和高程布置。 最后对整个工程进行了投资估算和制水成本计算，得出售水价格大约为0.6元/吨。 关键词：常规处理工艺；活性炭吸附；栅条絮凝平流沉淀池；气水反冲洗滤池 XIAOLAN TOWN WATER PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT IN ZHONGSHAN CITY ABSTRACT The waterworks expansion design is mainly based on the existing water consumption of 210,000 t/d to achieve the long-term goal of total output of 510,000 t/d in Xiaolan Town.The project includes three stages with each output of 100,000 t/d. Accourding to the source water characteristics combining the existing operation of water and water quality program. As the detaild technical and economic comparison for the water purification process and sludge treatment process. Its water purification process was established as follow: Conventional Treatment + tertiary treatment (Rack flocculation and horizontal flow sedimentation tanks+air-water backwashing filter + Activated Carbon Filter).Sludge treatment process :after wastwater sludge sedimentation tank and backwashing water sent to regulation pool,sedimen is sent to the concentration pool for condensation and condensed sludge into dewatering sludge filter press room for dehydration. According to the process ,a detailed design was done for all purification structures including the intake structure,water treatment and sludge treatment structures. The total water plant layout ,elevation layout and the area of subsidiary buildings were established in accordance with the water treatment regulations. Finally,the cost of the entire project and the investment is estimated,and the water price is about 0.6 yuan/ton.
