本科毕业论文（设计）模板 本科毕业论文(设计) 论文题目： 财务杠杆与营业杠杆问题研究 学生姓名： 郭蒙蒙 学 号： 1106190227 专 业： 财务管理 班 级： 财管1102班 指导教师： 王新平 完成日期： 2014年8月17日 财务杠杆与营业杠杆问题研究 内 容 摘 要 作为公司财务管理中预测和分析的工具，杠杆原理反映了产量,收入，利润以及每股收益之间的变动关系。杠杆效用无论在财务管理的理论研究还是实践中都具有十分重要的意义，其内涵及外延均在不断地发展中。正确熟练地运用杠杆原理，回避经营风险和财务风险，取得杠杆效应，实现企业价值最大化，使企业取得竞争优势，在竞争中生存和发展，是每个财务管理者或企业家的目标。鉴于此，本文通过对杠杆原理的概念及其带来的收益和风险进行分析，提出了关于杠杆原理在财务管理中应用的对策，旨在为财务管理者和企业家在实践中应用杠杆原理提供借鉴和参考。 关键词:经营杠杆，财务杠杆，收益，风险 The research of the Financial leverage and the Operating leverage Abstract As a tool of the forecast and analysis in the financial management of a company,the Leverage reflects the changes in relations among production,income,profits and earnings per share.The Leverage is of great significance both in theory research of the financial management and in the practice of the financial management,and both its connotation and denotation are constantly evolving.Properly skilled use of the Leverage to avoid operational risk and financial risk，achieve leveraged income to maximize enterprise value,and enable enterprise to gain competitive advantage and survival and develop in the competition is the goal of each financial manager or entrepreneur.In view of this,by analysis the main theories of the Leverage and the profits and risks it brings,this paper propose the countermeasures of the application of the Leverage in the financial management,trying to provide some methods and advice in the application of the Leverage in practice for the financial managers and entrepreneurs.
