某锂电池制造厂职业病危害状况调查与分析Investigationandanalysisonoccupationalhazardsinalithiumbatterymanufacturingplant蔡作溶1，2，张朝晖1，2，陆婷3CAIZuo-rong，ZHANGChao-hui，LUTing1.福建省宁德市疾病预防控制中心，352100;2.福建医科大学专业教学实习基地;3.福建医科大学InvestigationandanalysisonoccupationalhazardsinalithiumbatterymanufacturingplantCAIZuo-rong*，ZHANGChao-hui，LUTing*NingdeCenterforDiseaseControlandPrevention，Fujian，352100，China摘要:目的了解某锂电池制造厂在生产过程中存在的职业病危害情况，为其职业危害的防护措施的制定提出改进意见。方法对生产工艺流程、生产场所中的有毒物质、粉尘、噪声进行检测以及对职业卫生防护措施等职业卫生学现场调查、职业健康检查等进行综合评价。结果存在的职业病危害因素主要有石墨粉尘、炭黑粉尘、氧化铝粉尘、铝合金烟尘、铝金属粉尘、镍、锰、钴、氟化物、噪声等，阴极粉料系统车间加料工接触钴时间加权平均(TWA)浓度范围为0.012～0.324mg/m3，阴极搅拌车间搅拌机旁定点检测噪声强度为86.0～86.5dB(A)，超过国家职业接触限值的要求，其他检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。职业健康检查发现部分岗位工人存在不同程度的高频听力损伤。结论该锂电池制造厂车间钴浓度超标，主要是采取的防尘措施不够;噪声超标，未采取有效的降噪和减震措施。根据检测超标情况我们提出相应的防治对策，进一步改善以保护劳动者的健康。关键词:锂电池;职业病危害因素;调查;分析中国图书资料分类号:Ｒ134+．2文献标识码:A文章编号:1004－1257(2014)21－3017－03Abstract:［Objective］Tounderstandtheoccupationalhazardsduringtheproductionprocessinalithiumbatterymanufacturingplant，providethebasisfortheimprovementsofoccupationalhazardprotectivemeasures．［Methods］Theproductionprocess，aswellasthetoxicsubstances，dustandnoiseintheworkplaceweredetected．Acomprehensiveevaluationwasconductedtoanalyzetheoccupationalhazardprotectivemeasures，andtheresultsoffieldoccupationalhygieneinvestigationandoccupationalhealthex-amination．［Ｒesults］Themainoccupationalhazardfactorsweregraphitedust，carbonblackdust，aluminadust，aluminumalloysmoke，aluminummetaldust，nickel，manganese，cobalt，fluorideandnoise．Thetimeweightedaverage(TWA)concentrationsofworkersexposuretocobaltinthecathodepowderfeedingsystemworkshopwerebetween0．012mg/m3and0．324mg/m3，andthenoiseintensityofthesitenearthemixerincathodemixingworkshopwas86．0-86．5dB(A)，whichwerehigherthanthenationaloccupationalexposurelimits．Othertestingresultsmetthenationaloccupationalexposurelimits．Theoccupationalhealthexamina-tionrevealedthatsomeworkershadthehigh-frequencyhearinglossindifferentdegree．［Conclusion］Duetothelackofdustproofmeasures，thecathodeconcentrationinworkplaceofthisli
