维普资讯 第21卷 第8期 广 东 电 力 Vo1．21NO．8 2008年 8月 GUANGDONG ELECTRIC POWER Aug．2008 文章编号：1007-290X(2008)08-0046-03 YKS710-2A型异步电动机的改造 张灿斌 (广东粤阳发电有限公司，广东清远513135) 摘要 ：广东粤阳发电有限公司YKS710．2A 型6kV给水泵异步电动机 自投入运行以来，电动机线圈的温度一直 偏高，并出现磁性槽楔脱落的现象。在对线圈温度升高的原因进行分析的基础上，提 出了降低绕组热负荷和加 强散热的电动机改造方案。通过减少绕制线圈时并绕导线的数 目，使导线截面积增大，减小热负荷；在定子铁 心项部增加挡板 ，提高了绕组的冷却效果；此外，采用模压工艺绕制线圈以提高主绝缘的可靠性，以普通槽楔 代替磁性槽楔，避免槽楔脱落。改造后的线圈样品试验和运行情况表明，线圈的耐冲击水平较高，运行温度明 显降低 。 关键词：YKS71O-2A型异步电动机；线圈；温度 中图分类号：TM3 文献标志码：B M odificationofYKS710—2A Asynchr0n0usMotors ZHANG Can．bin (GuangdongYueyangPowerGenerationCo．，Ltd、，Qingyuan，Guangdong513135，China) Abstract：The6kV YKS710-2A feedpump asynchronousmotorsofGuangdongYueyangPowerGeneration Co．，Ltd． suffered long--standing overtemperature ofmotor winding and come--off of magnetic slotwedge after being put into operation．Uponcausalinvestigationintothetemperatureriseofwinding，amotormodificationschemewaspresentedto reducethethermalloadofwindingandstrengthenheatdissipation，whichdecreasedthenumberofshuntwoundconductors duringwindingpreparationtoenlargethesectionalareaofconductorandreducethermalload，addedbaffleonthetopof thestatorcoretoimprovethecoolingeffectofwinding，adoptedextrudingprocessinwindingpreparationto enhancethe reliabilityofmaininsulation，andreplacedthemagneticslotwedgewithcommonslotwedgetoavoidcome-offthereof．The samplingtestofwinding and theoperation afterthemodificationshow thattheimpactwithstandingabilityofwindingis higherandtheoperatingtemperaturedropsnotably． Keywords：YKS710-2A asynchronousmotor；winding；temperature 广东粤阳发 电有限公司的 2台YKS710—2A型 1 改造前电动机温度升高的原因分析 6kV给水泵异步电动机，自投入运行以来 ，电动
