精品论文 参考文献 探讨白内障超声乳化联合房角分离手术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果 东宁市中医院 157299 摘要：目的：研究分析白内障超声乳化联合房角分离手术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2011年3月至2013年3月期间我院收治的45例（64眼）闭角型青光眼合并白内障的患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将所有病例均接受超声乳化联合房角分离手术治疗，观察患者术后眼压和视力恢复情况，中央前房深度以及滤过泡等。结果：① 手术治疗后1d、1周、1月、6月时测得的眼压水平均明显低于手术治疗前，且差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；②手术治疗后1d、1周、1月、6月时测得的视力水平均明显高于手术治疗前，且差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；③ 随访末期中央前房深度（3.22plusmn;0.35）mm明显高于术前前房深度，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：对于闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者来说，白内障超声乳化联合房角分离术能更好的控制眼压，促进视力恢复，增加中央前房深度，而且并发症极少，临床值得推广使用。 　　关键词：超声乳化术；房角分离术；闭角型青光眼；白内障 　　[Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with cataract extraction in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods：the object of the study is selection 2011 treated in our hospital during March to March 2013 in 45 cases（64 eyes）of angle closure glaucoma with cataract patients，their clinical data were retrospective analysis and all patients underwent phacoemulsification combined with real angular separation of surgical treatment，observation of postoperative intraocular pressure and visual acuity recovery，central anterior chamber depth and filtering bleb. Results：operative treatment after 1D，1 week，1 month，6 months measured the IOP level were significantly lower than that before surgery，and the difference has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）；（2）after surgical treatment of 1D，1 week，1 month，6 months measured acuity were significantly higher than those before surgical treatment，and the difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）；（3）at the end of follow-up central anterior chamber depth（3.22 + 0.35）mm was significantly higher than the preoperative anterior chamber depth，the difference is statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：for primary angle closure glaucoma with cataract patients，phacoemulsification combined with real angle separation surgery can better control the intraocular pressure，promote the recovery of visual acuity，central anterior chamber depth increased，and few comp
