精品论文 参考文献 探讨翼状胬肉切除分别联合自体结膜移植与生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果对比 黑龙江省安达市医院 151400 【摘 要】目的 研究分析翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植和翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择我院2011年3月～2014年6月期间在我院接受治疗的72例翼状胬肉患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组37例和对照组35例，研究组采用翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术进行治疗，对照组采用翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜术进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后眼外观的疗效、胬肉侵入角膜缘、角膜上皮愈合时间以及术后复发率；并对研究结果进行分析比较。结果 术后，研究组患者的眼外观疗效与对照组相比较，差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）；术后，研究组患者胬肉侵入角膜缘、角膜上皮愈合时间、复发率均明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；术后，观察组患者的复发率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 自体结膜移植与生物羊膜移植对改善翼状胬肉患者眼外观均有一定效果，但翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术后患者的愈合时间短，复发率低，治疗效果更显著。 　　【关键词】自体结膜移植；生物羊膜移植；翼状胬肉切除 [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of pterygium excision combined with conjunctival autograft transplantation and pterygium excision combined with biological amniotic membrane transplantation for the treatment of pterygium. The object of this study is the method of our hospital from March 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital 72 cases of pterygium patients，retrospective analysis，and according to the different treatment methods are divided into the study group of 37 cases and 35 cases in the control group，the study group using wing pterygium excision combined with conjunctival transplantation for treatment，the control group using pterygium excision combined with amniotic membrane surgery treatment. To observe the curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment，the corneal limbal corneal epithelial healing time and postoperative recurrence rate，and the results were analyzed and compared. Results after the operation，the study group of patients with eye appearance effect compared with the control group，the difference was not statistically significant （Pgt;0.05）；after the operation，patients in the study group，pterygium，corneal epithelial healing time，the recurrence rate was significantly better than the control group，with significant differences between the two groups （Plt;0.05）；postoperative observation recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant （
