精品论文 参考文献 探讨老年肺癌与青年肺癌患者的临床对比分析 哈尔滨市第一医院 150010 　　摘要：目的：研究并探讨老年肺癌与青年肺癌患者的临床对比。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2015年1月至2016年1月收治的20例40岁以下的青年肺癌患者。并作为实验组，以1：3的比例随机抽取同期确诊为肺癌且年龄gt;60岁的60例老年患者作为对照组，对比两组患者的临床资料。结果：两组患者在组织类型以及胸痛、胸闷、咳嗽或关节痛等临床症状上的发生率的比较差异显著：实验组患者发生咳嗽、胸痛和关节痛的可能性高于对照组，而对照组患者发生胸闷的可能性高于实验组；实验组患者以腺癌为主，对照组患者以鳞癌为主。具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：青年人肺癌患者较之于老年肺癌患者以男性和腺癌比例占主要比重，并且临床合并症发生情况也较多。故医护人员在对此类患者进行治疗时要以早期诊断、积极治疗为手段从而更好的提高疾病治疗效果。 　　关键词：老年肺癌；青年肺癌；临床对比 　　[Abstract]Objective：To study and compare the clinical results of lung cancer and lung cancer in elderly patients.Methods：the study was conducted in 40 young patients with lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016.And as the experimental group，the proportion of 1：3 randomly selected from the same period was diagnosed as lung cancer and aged gt;60 years old 60 cases of elderly patients as control group，compared with the two groups of patients with clinical data.Results：two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and histological types of chest pain，cough or joint pain on the incidence of the difference：cough，chest pain and the possibility of joint pain occurred in experimental group were higher than those in the control group，while the control group patients had chest high possibility in the experimental group；experimental group patients with adenocarcinoma the control group，patients with squamous cell carcinoma.Have statistical significance（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：young people with lung cancer in elderly patients with lung cancer in male patients and adenocarcinoma accounted for the major proportion，and clinical complications are more.Therefore，health care workers in the treatment of such patients should be early diagnosis，active treatment as a means to better improve the effectiveness of the treatment of disease. 　　[Key words]elderly lung cancer；young lung cancer；clinical comparison 　　 　　 　　肺癌发生于支气管黏膜上皮，近50年来肺癌的发病率显著增高。根据相关研究报道显示，在不同年龄组的患者中，男性患者均较女性患者多，但根据另一项有关年轻肺癌患者的研究报道表明，青年女性肺癌患者的发病呈现出一定的上升趋势[1]。在欧美工业发
