精品论文 参考文献 探讨肠道感染相关热性惊厥小儿护理观察 北安市中医院 164000 摘要：目的 浅析肠道感染相关热性惊厥小儿护理方法和护理效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择50例经临床确诊的肠道感染相关热性惊厥患儿。将患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为两组，分别为观察组和对照组，观察组25例患儿接受综合护理，其余25例对照组患儿接受常规护理，分别对两种不同护理方式的护理方法进行比较和分析。结果 观察组24例患儿护理有效，护理总有效率为96%，23例患儿对护理质量满意，护理满意度为92%，对照组组20例患儿护理有效，护理总有效率为80%，19例患儿对护理质量满意，护理满意度为76%，两组患儿护理效果以及护理满意度差异明显，具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 将综合护理干预应用于肠道感染相关热性惊厥小儿的护理中有利于提高患儿及其家属的护理满意度，取得更加理想的护理效果。 　　关键词：肠道感染；相关热性惊厥；护理效果 Abstract：Objective To analyze the nursing methods and nursing effect of children with febrile convulsions associated with intestinal infection. Methods the study subjects were selected 50 patients with clinically diagnosed intestinal infection related febrile seizures in children. Will the children with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and randomly assigned to two groups，respectively，for the observation group and the control group，observation group of 25 cases treated with comprehensive nursing，the remaining 25 cases of patients in the control group received routine nursing care，respectively on two different nursing care methods of comparison and analysis. Results in the observation group 24 cases of children with effective nursing，nursing the total efficiency is 96%，23 cases of nursing quality satisfaction，satisfaction with care was 92%，while in the control group（n = 20）in children with effective nursing，the total efficiency of nurse was 80%，19 cases of nursing quality satisfaction，satisfaction with care was 76%，the effect of two groups of children with care and nursing satisfaction differences obviously，with statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion the comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing care of children with febrile convulsions associated with intestinal infection can improve the nursing satisfaction of the children and their families，and obtain more ideal nursing effect.
