精品论文 参考文献 探讨胫骨骨折术后骨不连植骨与不植骨临床观察 五常市人民医院 150200 【摘 要】目的 研究分析胫骨骨折术后出现的骨不连采用植骨与不植骨治疗方式的临床效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选取本院在2010年7月～2012年8月间收治的80例胫骨骨折术后出现骨不连的患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将其中进行镶嵌式外固定支架进行治疗的患者有39例，将其定为A组，进行LCP钢板内固定结合骨移植手术的患者有41例，将其定为B组。并在治疗结束后，对患者进行1年的随访，观察两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果：经过治疗后与随访后，A组39例患者在术后的第6个月和第12个月的愈合率为81.6%，100%，B组在手术后的第6个月和第12个月的愈合率为73%、88%。且A组在手术时间、术中出血量以及膝踝关节功能恢复的优良率明显低于B组，两组对比具有差异性，Plt;0.05，统计学有意义。结论：针对胫骨骨折术后出现骨不连的情况，采用镶嵌式外固定支架进行治疗，其效果要优于植骨的治疗方法，具有愈合率高、住院时间短，手术操作简单的优点。 　　【关键词】镶嵌式外固定支架；LCP；疗效 [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of nonunion of tibia fracture treated with bone graft and non bone graft. Methods：the research object is selected in our hospital between July 2010 and August 2012 in our hospital 80 cases of tibial fracture in the bone nonunion patients，their clinical data were retrospective analysis and the mosaic external fixator for treatment of patients with 39 cases，as a group，LCP internal fixation combined with bone grafting was performed in 41 patients，group B. And after the end of the treatment，the patients were followed up for 1 years，the effect of operation treatment of the two groups were observed. Results：after treatment and follow-up，A group of 39 patients in sixth months and twelfth months of the healing rate was 81.6%，100%，B group in the sixth and twelfth months after the operation of the healing rate was 73%，88%. And the A group in the operation time，the amount of bleeding during operation and the recovery of knee joint function were significantly lower than the B group，the two groups were compared with the difference，Plt;0.05，statistically significant. Conclusion：the tibial fracture after operation appeared bone nonunion，with inlaid external fixator for treatment，the effect is superior to graft bone treatment method，with the healing rate is high，short hospitalization time，simple operation advantages.
