精品论文 参考文献 探讨脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖和肝功酶学指标变化的检测价值 鹤岗市人民医院 154100 摘要：目的：研究分析脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖和肝功酶学检测的指标变化的临床应用价值。方法：此次研究的对象是选择在2012年1月---2012年12月体检确诊的100例脂肪肝患者与随机选取的同段时间进行体检的非脂肪肝人士100例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。分为实验组和对照组2组，同时在清晨空腹时，进行血脂、血糖和肝功酶学指标变化的检测，进行对比实验，以做出统计学分析。结果：与对照组相比，实验组脂肪肝患者的血脂三项：总胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量明显升高，高密度脂蛋白的含量降低；血糖升高；肝功酶学的三项指标：谷氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、卜谷氨酰转移酶的含量均明显高于对照组，P﹤0.05，差异具有统计学意义，具有可比性。结论：血脂、血糖和肝功酶学指标变化的检测可以帮助临床医师预防、确诊及诊断疾病，做到了“早发现、早预防、早治疗”的标准，早期的血脂、血糖和肝功酶学指标的检测对于脂肪肝患者而言有十分重要的临床意义。 关键词：血脂；血糖；肝功酶学 [Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical application value of fatty liver lipid and lipoprotein in patients with，blood glucose and hepatic enzyme detection indexes. Methods：the research object is to choose 100 cases of physical examination in 2012 January 2012 years December examination diagnosed 100 cases of patients with fatty liver and random selection with time non fatty liver people，their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Points into 2 groups：experimental group and control group，also in the early morning on an empty stomach，blood lipid，blood glucose and liver enzyme changes in detection，comparative experiments were carried out，to make a statistical analysis. Results：compared with the control group，blood lipid in experimental group of fatty liver patients：total cholesterol and triglyceride levels increased obviously，reduce the content of high density lipoprotein；hyperglycemia；three indicators of hepatic enzyme，glutamic transaminase，aspartate aminotransferase，bu glutamyl transfer enzyme content were significantly higher than those in the control group，P lt; 0.05，with statistical significance，with comparability. Conclusion：serum lipids，the detection of blood glucose and liver enzyme changes can help clinical prevention，diagnosis and diagnosis of the disease，so that the early discovery，early prevention，early treatment standard，the detection of early blood lipid，blood sugar and liver enzymes for fatty liver patients have very important clinical significance.
