精品论文 参考文献 探讨莫沙必利联合埃索美拉唑对胃食管反流患者的临床疗效观察 东宁市中医院 157299 【摘 要】目的 探讨并分析莫沙必利联合埃索美拉唑对胃食管反流患者胃食管动力学及胃电活动指标的影响。方法 此次研究的对象是选取2012年1月～2013年12月本院收治的胃食管反流患者110例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据不同治疗方式分为对照组和观察组各55例，对照组采用埃索美拉唑组治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予莫沙必利，分析比较两组患者治疗后3、6、12周的胃食管动力学及胃电参数。结果 治疗后3、6、12周，观察组胃动力学指标（胃窦收缩幅度、胃窦运动指数及胃窦收缩频率）、食管动力学指标（食管括约肌压力、食管括约肌松弛率及蠕动性收缩比）及胃电活动指标（餐前及餐后的频率及幅值）均显著高于对照组（Plt;0.05），且观察组治疗后胃食管动力学指标及胃电参数呈进行性升高（Plt;0.05）。结论 莫沙必利联合埃索美拉唑对胃食管反流患者的胃食管动力学及胃电活动指标的影响较大，治疗效果较好。 【关键词】埃索美拉唑；莫沙必利；胃食管反流；胃食管动力学；胃电活动 [Abstract] Objective To investigate and analysis of Mosapride mosapride combined with esomeprazole on gastroesophageal reflux patients with gastric，esophageal motility and gastric electrical activity index.Methods the research object is selected in our hospital in January 2012 to 2013 December gastroesophageal reflux patients in 110 cases，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and according to the different treatment methods divided into control group and observation group，each group of 55 cases，control group with Esso Esomeprazole in the treatment group，the observation group in the control treatment group based on the given mosapride，analysis of patients in the two groups were compared after 3，6 and 12 weeks of gastric esophageal motility and gastric electrical parameters.Results after treatment，3，6 and 12 weeks，observation group gastric motility index（contractile amplitude of gastric antrum，stomach antrum motility index and frequency of antral contractions），esophageal motility index（esophageal sphincter pressure，esophageal sphincter relaxation rate and motility of contraction ratio）and gastric electric activity index（preprandial and postprandial frequency and amplitude）were significantly higher than those in the control group（P lt; 0.05）and were observed after the treatment group gastroesophageal dynamics indexes and gastric electrical parameters was increased（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion mosapride of Mosapride combined with esomeprazole on gastroesophageal reflux in patients wit
