摘 要 本次课题设计的是手动两自由度回转工作平台，回转工作台是铣床上的主要附件之一，它不仅可以辅助铣床完成各种曲线零件的铣削，和分度划线工作，还可以用于镗床、钻床、插床、刨床以及其他机床以配合完成上述范围的各种加工。回转工作台主要结构由底座、转盘、蜗轮、蜗杆、分度盘等组成，其中蜗轮蜗杆副除起传动作用以外，还配合分度盘上粗刻线起机械分度的作用。 此次设计的手动两自由度回转工作平台，要求工作台直径Ф400mm，最大承载量为300Kg，第一自由度回转精度及回转角度范围：2′、0°～360°，第二自由度回转精度及回转角度范围：5′、-10°～100°。本文主要介绍了手动两自由度回转工作平台设计方法及过程，包括第一自由度回转工作平台的结构设计，回转精度和蜗杆传动设计，第二自由度回转工作平台的结构设计，回转精度和蜗杆传动设计等其他零部件的设计。主要是针对弥补了手动立式一自由度回转工作平台的不足，继承了数控转台的优点，大大地节约了多次调整和装夹的辅助时间，在提高加工零件尺寸精度的同时，提高了劳动生产率，从而降低了产品的制造成本，增强了产品在市场上的竞争能力。 关键词：两自由度；回转工作台；蜗杆传动；精度；生产率； Abstract This design is a manual rotary working platform with two degrees of freedom, the rotary table is one of the main accessories of milling machine, it can not only milling assisted milling machine to complete various curve parts, and dividing lines, all kinds of processing can also be used for boring machine, drilling machine, planer, slotting machine and other machine tools to complete the range . Rotary table is mainly composed of a base seat, rotary, worm and gear, dividing disc components, where in the worm gear transmission, but also with the indexing disc of graduations mechanical indexing function.
