She doesn’t know (that) she is seriously ill. 2)if / whether在句中的意思是 “是否” , 常可互换;但句后有or not 或从句放句首时,只用 whether. eg: He asked me if/whether I could help him. He asked me whether I could help him or not. Whether I could help him or not, he asked me. 3)由 连接代词who, whom, whose, what, which和连接副词when, where, why, how等引导,并在宾语从句中充当某个成分. eg: Do you know whom they are waiting for?
