Equal right to employment and choice of occupation B. to remuneration for labour C. to rest and vacation D. to protection of occupational safety and health E. to straining in vocational skills F. to social insurance and welfare G. to submission of labour disputes for settlement H. other rights relating to labour stipulated by law 参加和组织工会的权利保护Rights to participate in and organise trade unions 第七条: 劳动者有权依法参加和组织工会的权利。 工会代表和维护劳动者的合法权益,依法独立自主地开展活动。 workers have the rights to participate in and organise trade unions in accordance with the law. Trade unions shall represent and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers,and independently carry out their activities in accordance with the law. 参与民主管理和平等协商的权利保护 第八条:劳动者依照法律规定,通过职工大会、职工代表大会、或者其他形式,参与民主管理或者就保护劳动者合法权益与用人单位进行平等协商。 workers shall take part in democratic management or negotiate with the employing units on an equal footing about protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers through the assembly of staff and workers or their congress or other forms as provided by law. 职业安定保护 20条第2款: 劳动者在同一用人单位连续工作满10年以上,当事人双方同意续延劳动合同的,如果劳动者提出订立无固定期限的劳动合同,应当订立无固定期限的劳动合同。 If an employee has worked in the same work place for ten consecutive years or more and both parties agree to extend the term of the labour contract, if the worker requests the conclusion of a labour contract with a no
