摘要 毕业设计是根据金穗花园8#住宅楼工程的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸、勘察结果及其它有关文件编制的投标书。 设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括编制的依据、范围、工程量计算过程及总说明、工程造价的确定和工料分析；工程量计算规则按照《山东省建筑工程清单计价》中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用定额套价，采用以人工费为计算基础的计价程序，反算出工程造价。技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、设计方案的优化及降低成本的措施。技术标是从人、材、机方面进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保工程进度、工程质量和施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。 关键词：标书；商务标；技术标；工程量；施工方  Abstract Graduation Jinsui Garden design is based on 8 # residential buildings, tender documents for tender information, contract conditions, technical specifications, drawings,survey results and other relevant tender documentation.
