二〇一七届学生毕业论文（设计）题 目：不同产地佩兰挥发油化学成分分析与对比系别： 化学与生命科学学院专业：应用化学班级： 134班学号：26号姓名： 陶伟指导教师：赵彩虹完成日期：2017 年 05月 05 日不同产地佩兰挥发油化学成分分析与对比摘要研究和开发中药中的有效成分，对人类的发展具有重要的意义。不同地区生长的相同的药材在化学物质的成分上有显著的差异。南北地区的气候、生长环境的差别会造成同类药材在品质和药效上的巨大差异。本论文以不同产地的中药佩兰作为研究对象，考察不同产地挥发油含量和化学成分的差别。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取佩兰中的挥发油，利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术（GC-MS）对佩兰挥发油中的化学组分进行详细的分析。通过检G170LB化学站检索NIST98谱图库，确认样品中的化学成分，并以色谱峰面积归一化法计算样品中不同成分的相对含量。实验结果表明广东产佩兰共鉴定出30种成分，广西产佩兰共鉴定出35种成分，江苏产佩兰鉴定出41种成分。经过对比分析，佩兰挥发油的稳定成分为石竹烯和β -柏木烯。关键词：佩兰；挥发油；对比；气相色谱-质谱ANALYSIS AND COMPARISON OF CHEMICALCONSTITUENTS OF VOLATILE OIL FROM PERRIN IN DIFFERENT AREASABSTRACTResearch and development of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine, the development of mankind is of great significance. There are significant differences in the chemical composition of the same medicinal herbs grown in different areas. The difference between the climate and the growth environment in the north and south regions can cause the great difference in the quality and efficacy of the similar medicinal materials.The different areas of traditional Chinese medicine Perrin as the research object, to study the different areas of volatile oil content and chemical composition of the difference. The chemical components in the volatile oil of Perrin were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The chemical constituents of the samples were confirmed by the NIST98 library, and the relative content of the different components in the samples was calculated by the normalized peak area method. The results show that Guangdong produced Perrin identified 30 kinds of ingredients, Guangxi produced Perrin identified a total of 35 kinds of ingredients, produced in Jiangsu Perrin identified 41 kinds of ingredients. After the comparative analysis, the stable components of volatile oil of Perrin were caryophyllene and β - cedrene.
