Application Scope This procedure applies to the management of all consigned goods in all stores in Carrefour China. The Definition and Principle of Consigned Goods Consigned goods are the items whose property owned by suppliers and Carrefour are entrusted to sell the goods and deduct the commission in proportion to the real sales in accordance with the contract.
