The purpose of my presentation is exploring the progress and prospects of lab-grown meat; the proceture and definition of lab-grown meat;;;2.Reduce animal slaughter According to official statistics,there are up to 150 billions of animals being killed for eating each year including 70 billion chickens, 1.2 billion pigs, 300 million cattle, 500 million sheep and 130 billion kilograms of fish. If we use animal providing stem cells to product lab-grown meat,these animals will not be slaughtered. Furthermore,growth and reproduction ability of stem cell will be able to make meat production increasing by 100 times. ;;;;Conclusion and my opinion; In the coming decades, the rapid growth of the global population will make the meat supply increasingly tense.Therefore, artificial beef, chicken and man-made artificial lamb meat will become the future standard.
