摘要 近年来，随着我国造纸工业的发展，数以千计的中小造纸厂及乡镇造纸厂迅速的遍及全国各地，成为我国造纸工业中一支重要的力量。中小造纸厂发展迅速，而且逐渐向高质量、高效率、低成本的方向发展。为适应这种生产能力逐渐扩大的需要，我这次承担了造纸工业一种设备“常压搅拌式皂化锅”的设计。 常压搅拌式皂化锅是造纸工业的一种辅助的设备，一般用于松香造化，生成松香胶，一种抗水性介质加入到纸浆中。这种设备占地面积小、结构简单、紧凑，而且操作简单，温度保持较好，腐蚀程度不高，是造纸工艺中一个必不可少的环节。同时具有生产能力强，使用寿命长，不易损坏，非常实用等特点。 本文是关于常压搅拌式皂化锅的设计计算和使用说明书。本文包括概述，皂化锅的原理、应用范围及特点，主要技术规范及参数，皂化锅的总体方案设计，外部构件，成套件的选用，设备安装及使用，设备的维修，参考书目等部分组成。 在总体结构的设计中，着重论述了传动搅拌装置和加热装置两部分的内容。其中加热装置采用间接蒸汽加热，夹套是其中重要的部份。而搅拌装置的主要作用是加快反应速度，其动力主要来源于锅体上部安装的电动机，通过三角皮带轮减速机，带动搅拌轴的转动，由搅拌轴底部的推进式搅拌器，完成整个搅拌过程。 关键词: 造纸设备；；ABSTRACT With the developing of paper-manufacturing industry in recently years, thousands of small and middle paper-manufacturing factories were built in our country. Efficient costless, high standard in quality products and high stability quality, high safety and better environmental protection are the way of paper-manufacturing developing. I am taking the plan of designing the rosin colophony reactor. Rosin colophony reactor is an agitated reactor. The device is widely used in paper\manufacturing factory. It is an necessary technological process during the produce. The device is simple in structure. So it is very easy to mount and debugging. Of course, the device is easy to operate. Therefore is can reduce production cost. It improves economic feasibility of using .And the device have efficient for working. So it is very useful machine. The article with question concealed of designing calculation and using explain of the machine, the article include several main substance. Generally speaking, structure overall design of the device, technology standard of the device, calculation and choice of main tenancies and normal spare parts, mounting and debugging of the device, and so on.
