It is often beneficial for various levels of management to conduct the audit together A schedule should be posted to indicate the audit frequency for each level of management Layered Audits results should be recorded. Non-conformities should be addressed immediately if possible, and corrective action documented. Reaction plan(s) for non-conformities that can’t be fixed immediately should be documented and available for use. Results should be summarized and reviewed by the manufacturing site leadership.
