房地产开发企业降低成本的方法与途径 ---以海口市八一建筑公司为例 [摘　要] 近年来，房地产行业得到前所未有的发展，同时企业面临的竞争也日趋激烈，因此各大地产公司开始纷纷寻找途径，控制项目的开发成本，以求得利润的最大化。由此可知如何有效控制房地产成本，是现在房地产开发的当务之急。本文通过对等环节成本研究，试图使房地产开发企业在成本控制过程中，类似一些建筑规范一样有“规”可寻。目的是降低房地产工程成本，实现房地产成本的有效控制。关键词：Development and improvement of Chinas talent market Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, the real estate industry has been an unprecedented development, while enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition, coupled with the recent years the world financial crisis on Chinas deepening of the major real estate companies have to find ways to control the development of the projectcosts, in order to achieve profit maximization.
