企业职工管理系统论文.doc

摘 要 职工管理系统是典型的管理信息系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前台应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强，数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。 综上所述,我们使用Microsoft(微软)公司的Visual Basic 6.0开发工具,利用其直观的界面 、所提供的各种面向对象的开发工具、简单易懂的编程语言和直观的编程结果以及其能方便而简洁操纵数据库的智能化对象,在短时间内建立系统应用原型,然后,对初始原型系统进行需求迭代,不断修正和改进,直到形成用户满意的可行系统。 本论文共分为七章： 第一章 开发企业职工管理信息系统的问题 第二章 职工管理信息系统的系统设计 第三章 职工管理信息系统数据库设计 第四章 实现设计的应用及整个过程 第五章 在软件设计中遇到的问题 第六章 软件的使用说明 第七章 结束语 参考文献 Abstract The personnel management system was a typical Management Information System (MIS).Develop it included building and maintenance the database, and develop the user system .Part one want to build the database what is coincident and integrate .The safety was a important too. Part two want to use the system easy and have lot抯 of function . For my construe ,we developed this system use the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. We make use of this software ,it have the intuitional interface and lot’s of tools of OO（Object Oriented）.It have the program language that easily understand .It pan out with the intuitional program language. We can use the easy AI object. First we are build the system in the applied prototype in a short time. And we can amend the Bug ceaselessly until the system was pleased with user. There are seven chapters in the disquisition. Chapter one: the problem of how to develop the personnel manage system. Chapter two: how to designing system. Chapter three: how to designing database.
